We present an unified microscopic approach that is capable of describing fully dynamically all three kinds of one-color photocurrents in noncentrosymmetric semiconductor quantum wells. Our approach has been applied to analyze photocurrents generated by circularly and linearly polarized laser pulses in [110]-oriented GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells. Calculation results are compared to experiments and good agreement is obtained.
